Company Establishes Headquarters at Florida Atlantic Research & Development Park

Boca Raton, FL - June 5, 2009 - BlackBox GPS, the leading provider of GPS monitoring and locating solutions for rent-to-own, appliance, and furniture businesses announced today that it has relocated to the Technology Business Incubator at the Florida Atlantic Research & Development Park adjacent to the university’s Boca Raton campus. The site is the only university- related research & development park in South Florida and houses 28 high tech, high wage companies in addition to the Technology Business Incubator which is managed by the Enterprise Development Corp. of South Florida.

We expect to employ over 25 associates by 2010 and hope to graduate from the incubator and stay within the park as our company grows."

About the FAU R&D Park

The Florida Atlantic Research Park offers high tech industries the potential for Research and Development, (R&D), and partnerships with Florida Atlantic University. As the only university related Research Park in South Florida, we are home to 28 high tech, high wage companies and operate the only Technology Incubator in the Southern part of the state. We support an Angel and Venture Network from the Incubator. The Incubator is also the home to the most successful regional economic development engine- Enterprise Development Corp (EDC) of South Florida. Florida Atlantic University (FAU) formed the Florida Atlantic Research and Development Authority in 1985 with the support of the Broward and Palm Beach county commissions.
